Whistleblowing

In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023 (the so-called “Whistleblowing Decree”), YELLOWFACTORY has adopted a reporting management system that allows for the handling of reports, including anonymous ones, as required by the aforementioned decree.

The process complies with the regulatory updates introduced by the Whistleblowing Decree, which implements EU Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons who report violations of national laws.

The term whistleblowing refers to the act of reporting as an expression of civic responsibility, aimed at identifying and preventing situations that could harm good governance or the public interest. Reports may concern only violations learned within the work context, namely behaviors, acts, or omissions that damage the public interest or the integrity of the company.

Whistleblowing does not concern personal grievances or claims related to the employment or collaboration relationship, or to relationships with supervisors or colleagues.

To submit and manage reports, YELLOWFACTORY has adopted a dedicated digital platform, which serves as the preferred channel for submitting reports.

When a report is submitted through this portal, a unique identification code (“key code”) will be displayed, allowing the whistleblower to open a confidential dialogue with our organization and stay informed about the status of the report.

It is recommended not to disclose and to carefully store the unique identification code, since, in the event of loss, it cannot be recovered or duplicated in any way.
